Service levels and expectations

 

Every business partnership needs to have a service level agreement. This is so both parties "food cost solutions" and "the client" know exactly what service is to be given and recieved.

Hours of Work

Food Cost Solutions Hours of Business are from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Any hours after this are by negotiation and charged accordingly. Food Cost Solutions will not operate on the following public holidays, New Years Day, Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, Queens Birthday, Bank Holiday (August), Labour Day (October), Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

 

 

Privacy

Food Cost Solutions will only discuss your business needs with you. We ensure that all your information is kept private from any other businesses. From the first consultation, both "Food Cost Solutions and "The Client" will discuss who has access to the information generated.
